Hydroa vacciniforme (related to polymorphous light eruption)

Hydroa vacciniforme is a rare childhood sun related disorder with blisters on sun exposed areas of the body that may heal with  vacciniforme scarring.  It starts on the face on both cheeks and nose.  Numerous small blisters ( vesicles ) develop on the area on the face, in spring or summer.  Slowly blackish crusts appear and scarring occurs on healing.
